Donald Gasperson has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, functioning as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation counselor. He lives now in the high desert of eastern Oregon. With a lifetime of voracious reading words and writing came readily. The ability to cultivate tip of the tongue experiences into a nuanced result was a mystery both essential and satisfying. He has had poetry published or accepted for publication by Quail Bell Magazine, The Bitchin’ Kitsch, Foliate Oak Literary Review, Tipton Poetry Journal, Better Than Starbucks, , The Remembered Arts, Doubly Mad, Futures Trading Literature, Poetry Pacific, Big Windows Review, Five Willows Literary Review, WINK, Vox Poetica and the Chrysanthemum 2020 Literary Anthology. He has a chapbook, “The Aspens and Whatnot”, published by Goldfish Press.
